These dumplings filled with lemon curd filling will be everyone's favorite. In fact, you can even use the basic dough for plum or peach dumplings! :)

The BLT sandwich is a real party food, just make sure you make enough. To make it, first place the bacon slices in a medium-heated pan, fry them until golden brown on each side, then set aside until ready to use. Pour the bacon fat into a bowl and set aside. Slice the iceberg lettuce into thin strips and cut the tomatoes into thin rings.
Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, chili powder, grated lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic.
Fry the toast breads one by one in the same pan that the bacon was fried in, using half a tablespoon of the reserved bacon fat for each slice. Stack three slices of toast bread on top of each other, cutting off the edges. Spread the sauce on the first slice, add a little iceberg lettuce, 3-4 tomato slices and a good amount of bacon, then another slice of bread, spread the sauce on top. Add lettuce, tomato and bacon to this, then spread the sauce on the inside of the last slice of bread and turn it over.
We stick a skewer into both sides of the sandwich tower and cut it in half in the middle, making two smaller sandwiches that can be served as finger food at a party. They will fit comfortably in the hands of guests and will be easy to eat.
