These dumplings filled with lemon curd filling will be everyone's favorite. In fact, you can even use the basic dough for plum or peach dumplings! :)

To prepare the chili beans, chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a little oil until translucent, while adding salt and pepper.
Add the chopped tomatoes and stir for 2 minutes, then add the minced meat, fry until white, then stir in the tomato puree and pour over the beer.
Sprinkle in the spices and sugar, stir and cook for approx. 80-90 minutes. Stir occasionally and if the juice evaporates, add a little more beer. Stir in the drained beans, coffee and chocolate, stir, cook for 1-2 minutes more, then serve with sour cream and parsley.
