These dumplings filled with lemon curd filling will be everyone's favorite. In fact, you can even use the basic dough for plum or peach dumplings! :)

To make the tuna cream tortilla sandwich, place the tuna in a bowl and pour in half of the oil. Mash it with a fork, then add the mayonnaise, grated garlic, lemon juice, finely chopped parsley and red onion, as well as salt, pepper and mustard. Mix everything thoroughly.
Prepare the vegetables: cut the iceberg lettuce into thin strips and the tomatoes and cucumbers into rings.
Spread the tuna cream on the tortillas. Sprinkle with the grated cheese, then place the salit, pari and ubi in one quarter of the bottom. First fold in half, then in half again. Cook the tortilla sandwich in a contact grill for 4-5 minutes.
