These dumplings filled with lemon curd filling will be everyone's favorite. In fact, you can even use the basic dough for plum or peach dumplings! :)

To make the vegan chili bean fries, first sauté the chopped onion and garlic in oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the drained beans, spices, pour over the passata and stock, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 15 minutes.
Fry the potatoes in plenty of oil, drain, and place on a baking sheet. Top with chili beans and grated cheese, then bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped parsley, and jalapeno slices.
